Growing up in Mid-Michigan, i have seen good times and bad. I have witnessed small family farms disappear for new subdivisions, been subjected to blighted retail that lost its previous charm and had to work through Township Bonding issues that cost the tax payers of a rural community millions. These experiences have led me to opening Braman Services, PLC. To help provide individuals, business owners and municipalities solutions to their real estate problems.
As a Certified General Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, a Real Estate Broker and having almost a decade working with public officials, I have seen my fair share issues and questions that require solutions not often accessible to the end user. Braman Services, PLC was born from the struggle to provide clear, concise and pragmatic solutions to real estate problems.
